Your products will normally be shipped on the working day after you place your order.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery after your order has left our warehouse (8 to 10 days for international shipping locations).
For all other purchases and shipping locations outside Europe, shipping will be priced subject to individual orders, and pricing will be provided in your confirmation order, per Email.
Additional taxes may be applied by the customs services in non-European countries, these charges are payable by the customer.

The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, being specified that it must be the address of the customer's residence, an individual of their choice or a legal entity (delivery to their company). Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.
Customer must make sure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (including in particular: house number number/name, building number/name, staircase, access codes, names and/or numbers for the intercom,
etc.). In case of inability to deliver the products at the address indicated by the customer, products will be returned to K'ab which will contact the customer to organize another Delivery. The risk of lost or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the Client at the time
of the Delivery.
K'ab will not be held liable to any loss or damages to the products, that has resulted from an extreme situation or event, natural or otherwise that has occurred beyond their control. In these situations, K'ab will inform customers as soon as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
How do I return or Exchange an item?
We hope you will love everything that you order from us here at K'ab. If for some reason you
wish to return your purchased item, you have 10 days from when you receive your order.
All K'ab products are handmade by artisans, using handcrafted techniques and natural
materials. Variations and irregularities should be considered as individual and as added value
to the product. These characteristics should not be considered as defects and will not be
accepted as a reason for return or refund.
The items must be returned to us in their original condition, undamaged and in its original
packaging, accompanied by the delivery note that was enclosed with your parcel.
Please send us an email to email@example.com explaining the reason of the return.
Final Sale items may not be returned.
We only offer refunds on faulty items.
We don't operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different colour, just place a new order in our online shop.
Returning delivery costs will be payed by the client unless item purchased was defective upon arrival.
